It has two geographical segments: the Hong Kong segment is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of snack foods, confectionery, beverages, frozen food products, ham and ham-related products, noodles and the retailing of snack foods, confectionery and beverages, and the operations of restaurants, and the Mainland China segment is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of snack foods, confectionery, beverages, frozen food products, poultry products, and ham and ham-related products, noodles and the operations of restaurants. During the fiscal year ended 31 March 2011, the Company acquired an additional 16% equity interest in Nico FS and its subsidiary.
