Hengan International Group Company Limited (Hengan International) is an investment holding company engaged in the trading of personal hygienic products. Hengan International is principally engaged in the manufacturing, distribution and sale of personal hygiene products, including sanitary napkins products, disposable diapers products and tissue papers products, food and snacks products and skin care products in the People's Republic of China. As at December 31, 2010, the Company鈥檚 annualized production capacity for tissue papers amounted to 540,000 tons. Its direct subsidiaries include Hengan Mega Jumbo Investment Ltd., Ever Town Investments Limited and Hengan International Holdings Limited.

Established in 1985,Hengan was one of earliest foreign investment enterprises entering in the PRC sanitary napkins market. Following the rapid expansion of the PRC hygiene products market, business of Hengan Group has grown steadily over the years. By now the Group has become the largest sanitary napkins manufacturer, the second largest disposable baby diapers manufacturer, the main adult diaper manufacturer, personal hygiene products manufacturer and household paper manufacturer.
