Prince Frog International Holdings Limited is a brand of children care products in China. The Company primarily designs and provides a range of children care products under its own brand, including skin care products, body and hair care products, oral care products and diaper products, which are tailored for the mid-end market segment in China. In addition to children care products, it also provides baby care products, household hygiene and adult care products under its own brand names and manufactures original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products. Its brands include Frog Prince, Shuangfeijian and Shenhuxi. The Company has a network of 173 distributors, through which it distributes its products to retail stores, such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, mother and children products specialty stores and convenience stores.
