On 9 July 2010, the Company acquired Zenna Investments Limited together with its subsidiaries (the Zenna).

Beijing Properties (Holdings) Limited (“BPHL”) (HKSE: 925) is the listed flagship of the properties business of Beijing Enterprises Group Company Limited (the “BE Group”).

In accordance with the strategic positioning by the BE Group and the strategic development plan of the Company itself, BPHLwill play as the core operational and management centre as well as the capital transactional platform to consolidate and reorganise all properties related resources within the BE Group.
