Since January 2009, the Company began to diversify into other businesses with major focus in China market. Since then, the Company has entered into a China property development project and the financial planning services industry in Hong Kong. In January 2009, it invested in a shopping mall development project in Liaoning, China. In March 2009, it acquired a wealth management financial planning services business. In June 2009, it started a project by its own to set up a concept hotel in Shenzhen, China. The Company's subsidiaries include Silver Pattern Limited, Rainbow Brothers Limited, Silver Lining Limited, Cheerful Arts Limited and others.
