Ming Fai International Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is principally engaged in the supply and manufacture of amenity products and accessories to recognized or branded operators, and has forayed into distribution business of the cosmetics and fashion accessories in China. The Company has two segments: manufacturing and distribution business of amenity products, and distribution and retail business of cosmetics and fashion accessories. On August 31, 2010, the Company acquired 100% interest of All Team Group Limited and its subsidiaries, which is principally engaged in the distribution and retail business of cosmetics and fashion accessories in the People鈥檚 Republic of China with the brand 7 Magic through franchisees. In October 2010, its own personal care retail brand everyBody Labo entered into a Hong Kong health and beauty product retail chain Mannings with approximately 175 stores in Hong Kong.

Ming Fai was founded in 1980 and today our “Ming Fai Industrial Estate” has a total area of 1.3 million square feet of which our warehouse has a total of 13,000 square meters. It compromises of a large production facility, study and living space as well as recreational facilities integrated into one modern industrial park. Ming Fai provides a one-stop solution to our customers from design, R&D to production and deliver. On November 2007, Ming Fai was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (03828.hk) becoming the first China based hotel amenities supplier to go public.

Ming Fai Group is always looking for innovation and expansion by integrating new business developments. In 2009, we have established “Cinese Textile Co. Ltd.” in Wuzhou for manufacturing quality linen and textile products with equipments imported from Italy. Another key expansion includes Ming Fai’s subsidiary company “Changshu Ming Fai Travel Products Co. Ltd.”, it has started its operation in providing one-stop laundry and rental services to our customers. At the same time, Ming Fai Group has focused on horizontal expansion and stepping into retail business launching a bath and body care brand named “everyBody Labo” into Harvey Nichols and Mannings across Hong Kong. Furthermore on August 2010, Ming Fai Group joined forced with “7Magic”, specializes in a comprehensive and exclusive lineup of female fashion accessories, skin, body and cosmetic products, becoming a leading cosmetic retail chain in China.

In addition to personal care products, Ming Fai Group has extended its add on product offerings to our hotel guests including quality towels and linens, small electronic appliances, exquisite leather goods and much more. Our research and development team are all professionals which provide expert advice in both formulations and packaging design. Our lab is well equipped with top tier equipments from Germany, such as our testing apparatus of infra-red spectrum, gas chromatograph, and our high performance liquid chromatogram machine. From fragrance selections to formulations, we can meet any customized requirements. In 2011, we once again upgraded our research and development capabilities by establishing “Ming Fai Innovative & Development Skin Care Lab” in Hong Kong, an impressive investment with cultivating box, centrifugal machine and water bath imported from German and auto-clave from Japan to aid Ming Fai’s development in skin and body care products.

Ming Fai Group concerns about our environmental protection. Most of our plastic products are made with PCR (Post Consumer Recycle) materials with ECM additive and uses stone derived paper packaging printed with Soy Ink. Recently, Ming Fai Group has built a sewage treatment pond in our industrial park to decrease our environmental footprint and increase environmental protection. Our perseverance was rewarded by being awarded both the “Best Eco-Friendly Hotel Supplier of the Year” as well as “The Most Outstanding Contribution Award of Low-Carbon Supplier”. We also carefully adhere to strict quality control measures, which have enabled us to attain ISO certifications, and comply with GMPC US and GMPC EU guidelines as well as attain ECOCERT, Eco-Label, ECM and Hong Kong Q-Mark certification.
