Mainland Headwear Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and sales of headwear products, sales of licensed products and tourist souvenir products. It operates in three segments: Manufacturing Business, which manufactures headwear products for sale to its trading business and retail business, as well as to external customers; Trading Business, which is engaged in the trading and distribution of headwear and other products business of the Company is operated through Drew Pearson International (Europe) Ltd., and Retail Business, which operates LIDS stores in the People's Republic of China and Hong Kong, and SANRIO stores and tourist souvenir shops in the People's Republic of China. Its subsidiaries include Bollman (Hong Kong) Limited, Dongguan Mainland Headwear Co., Ltd., Fully Point Investments Limited and Futureview Investment Ltd. On February 27, 2009, it acquired additional 24% interest in Keen Idea Group Limited.
