Sino Golf Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sale of assembled and packaged golf clubs, club heads, shafts and golf bags and accessories on an original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and original design manufacturing (ODM) basis to golf companies. The Company operates in two divisions: golf equipment, which comprises the manufacture and trading of golf equipment, and related components and parts, and golf bag, which comprises the manufacture and trading of golf bags, other accessories, and related components and parts. Its subsidiaries include Sino Golf (BVI) Company Limited, Sino Golf Manufacturing Company Limited, Zengcheng Sino Golf, Dongguan Qi Heng, Sino Golf Comercial Offshore De Macao Limitada and Linyi Sino Golf.

SINO GOLF is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sale of fully assembled and packaged golf clubs, club heads, shafts and golf bags and accessories on an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) basis to prestigious golf companies in the industry.

Since its establishment in 1988, SINO GOLF has since grown to an international corporation employing over 2,500 people working in Hong Kong, China and other parts of the world. Apart from our experienced work force and management from Hong Kong, Taiwan and China, SINO GOLF employs experienced professionals from the golf industry in Japan and the United States to serve our customers in head design, product engineering and various other functions.

In addition to the corporate office in Hong Kong, SINO GOLF operates four major manufacturing facilities located in GuangDong and ShanDong provinces, China.
