Through its subsidiaries, the Company, operates three segments: Exports, which is engaged in the export of manufactured jewellery products on original design manufacturer (ODM)/original equipment manufacturer (OEM) basis; Domestic, which is engaged in the trading of jewellery products for the Company鈥檚 retail and wholesale business in Mainland China, and Mining, which comprises the mining, exploration and sale of gold resources. On February 12, 2010, it completed the acquisition of 80% interest in Super Charm Holdings Limited. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2010, it completed the acquisition of Chi Zhou and Chi Feng gold mines located in Anhui Province and Inner Mongolia, respectively. Its subsidiaries include Ming Fung Investment Holdings Limited, Master Will Limited, Maxbonus Investments Limited and Ascent Hill Investments Limited. In June 2011, it acquired joy charm holdings limited.
