Youyuan International Holdings Limited, formerly Youyuan International Holdings Ltd, is a wrapping tissue paper manufacturer in People鈥檚 Republic of China (PRC). Its products include double-sided Machine Finished (MF) tissue paper and single-sided MF tissue paper, which are used to wrap clothing, footwear, fruit and consumer products. It also manufactures copy paper. It markets its wrapping tissue paper under the Youlanfa brand, and copy paper under Scholar, Young Scholar and Prodigy brands. In 2010, the Company commenced producing paper towels and ivory brands. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had 98 customers. Its customers were located in Fujian Province, the Yangtze River Delta region and the Pearl River Delta regions. Its operations are based in the Fujian Province, People鈥檚 Republic of China. The production bases are located in Jinjiang and Longhai. It acquired 19 parcels of land in Jinjiang and Longhai. On July 10, 2009, it acquired 100% interest in Xi Yuan Paper Limited.
