Pacific Basin Shipping Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the provision of dry bulk (primarily vessel owning and vessel chartering) and RoRo shipping services, and services to the energy and infrastructure sector, which are carried out internationally. The Company operates in three segments: Pacific Basin Dry Bulk, PB Energy & Infrastructure Services and PB RoRo. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company operated 114 dry bulk ships. Its subsidiaries include PB Vessels Holding Limited, PB Management Holding Limited, PB Management Holding Limited and PB Issuer (No. 2) Limited. During 2010, the Company sold its 26% interest in Green Dragon Gas Limited.
