As of December 31, 2010, it operated a fleet of 46 vessels with an aggregate capacity of 2.66 million deadweight tons (DWT). As of December 31, 2010, its fleet comprised 35 dry bulk vessels with an aggregate capacity of approximately 2.25 million DWT, one oil tanker with capacity of approximately 310,000 DWT, and 10 container vessels with an aggregate capacity of 6,667 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEU).
