It is engaged in seven segments: Coatings, which is engaged in production and sale of coatings, and holding of investment in Jotun COSCO Marine Coatings (HK) Limited; Marine equipment and spare parts, which is engaged in trading of marine equipment and spare parts; Ship trading agency, which is engaged in provision of agency services relating to shipbuilding, ship trading and bareboat charter business; Insurance brokerage, which is engaged in provision of insurance brokerage services; Marine fuel and other products, which is engaged in trading of marine fuel and other related products; General trading, which is engaged in trading of asphalt and other products, and Property investments, which is engaged in sale of completed properties. On July 31, 2010, it acquired 100% interest in Xing Yuan (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
