The Company is engaged in developing, owning and operating value, mid-scale, upscale and boutique hotels in Asia, and property investment, development and trading. It operates in four geographical segments: Hong Kong, which includes hotel operation and management; Malaysia, which includes hotel operation and management, and property development; the People鈥檚 Republic of China, which includes hotel operation and leasing of investment properties, and Singapore, which includes hotel development and property development. As of March 31, 2011, the Company owned and operated a total of 15 hotels representing 3,834 rooms in operation across Hong Kong, Malaysia and mainland China. The Company鈥檚 immediate holding company is Ample Bonus Limited. As of March 31, 2011, the Company owned six hotels, which are under development. On March 31, 2011, it disposed Excel Chinese International Limited.
