The Company has four segments: hotel segment, tourist attraction segment, provision of port facilities and ticketing services segment, and corporate and others segment. The hotel segment consists of the management of a holiday resort hotel in Zhuhai, the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The tourist attraction segment consists of the management of a theme park and an amusement park in Zhuhai, the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The provision of port facilities and ticketing services segment provides port facilities and ticketing services in Zhuhai. The corporate and others segment consists of the Company鈥檚 investment holding and trading of securities.
