Kingway Brewery Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the production, distribution and sale of beer. The Company operates in three business segments: the Mainland China segment engages in the production, distribution and sale of beer in Mainland China; the Overseas and Hong Kong segment engages in the distribution and sale of beer in Macau, Hong Kong and overseas, and the Corporate segment engages in providing corporate services to the Mainland China segment, and the Overseas and Hong Kong segment in Hong Kong. The Company has developed approximately ten product series have been developed including Kingway Classic, Kingway Draft, Kingway Gold, Kingway 2008, and Kingway Green, which are mainly sold in the Guangdong market. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company sold 925,000 tons of beer.
