SinoCom Software Group Ltd. is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is principally engaged in the provision of outsourcing software development services and technical support services. During the year ended December 31, 2009, 96% of gross revenue was generated from outsourcing software development services. The Company is engaged in the provision of services in two markets, the People鈥檚 Republic of China and Japan. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include SinoCom BVI, SinoCom Japan, SinoCom Beijing, SinoCom Development, SinoCom Innovative, SinoCom-ArtM Technology, Dalian SinoCom, Shensoft Shanghai, SinoCom Holdings Japan, SinoCom Global Solutions and SinoCom Shensoft. In July 2009, SinoCom Beijing acquired the remaining 70% interest in DIR System Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (DIR).
