China Technology Solar Power Holdings Limited, formerly Soluteck Holdings Limited, is investment holding. The Company is engaged in the provision of implementation and upgrading of self-service automatic teller machine (ATM) systems and printing systems, application hardware and software, technical support and consultancy services to commercial banks and postal bureaus in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The Company has two business segments: Sales of goods and Rendering of services. Sales of goods are engaged in sales of self-service ATM systems and printing systems. Rendering of services is engaged in the provision of hardware and software technical support. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, the Company had acquired China Technology Development Group Corporation (CTDC). On June 1, 2011, the Company acquired China Technology Solar Power Holdings Limited.
