The Company is engaged in two business segments: manufacturing and trading of functional healthcare bedroom products, which includes mattresses, pillows, blankets, other bedroom accessories and a range of functional healthcare clothes and accessories, and manufacturing and trading of original equipment manufacturing consumer electronic products and components, which includes recommended standard connectors, transmitters for consumer electronic products. On 12 October 2009, it disposed Highway Bright Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries Diamond Electronics Hong Kong Company Ltd. On June 24, 2010, it acquired Heshan Combest Health Bedding Co., Limited and Shanghai Combest Corporate Management Co., Limited. On August 11, 2010, it acquired Beijing Combest Corporate Management Co., Ltd, Beijing Century Investment Advisory Co., Limited, Linyi Combest Co., Ltd and Guangxi Health Co., Ltd.
