Swire Pacific Limited is a holding company. The Company operates in five divisions: Property, which consists of office and retail premises, as well as serviced apartments, hotel interests and other residential accommodation; Aviation, which consists of investments in the Cathay Pacific group and the Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering (HAECO) group; Beverages, which has the right to manufacture, market and distribute the products of The Coca-Cola Company in Hong Kong, Taiwan, seven provinces in Mainland China and an area of the western United States; Marine Services, which operates a fleet of specialist vessels supporting the the offshore energy industry in North America, and Trading & Industrial, which had interests in a number of wholly owned and jointly controlled companies. In June 2010, it acquired Cathay Pacific Airways Limited's 15% interest in Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited (HAECO) and subsequently held 74.99% interest in HAECO.
