DeTeam Company Limited is an investment holding company. The principal activities of its subsidiaries are manufacturing and sale of plastic woven bags, paper bags and plastic barrels, and sale of coal. The Company operates in two segments: bags and coal. The bags segment includes the manufacture and sale of plastic woven bags, paper bags and plastic barrels. The coal segment includes trading and distribution of coal. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Changchun Yicheng, Inner Mongolia Jinyuanli and Jilin De Feng.

The Group is principally engaged in the production and sale of plastic woven bags and sale and purchase and distribution of coal in the PRC. In view of the enormous market demand of coal and other natural resources in the PRC, the Group believes that the coal mining business is a unique opportunity with favorable long-term prospect.
