Kingboard Chemical Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the manufacture of laminates, printed circuit boards (PCBs), chemicals, liquid crystal displays (LCDs), magnetic products and property development and investment. It operates in five main operating divisions: manufacture and sale of laminates, manufacture and sale of PCBs, manufacture and sale of chemicals, property development and investment (Properties) and others, including manufacture and sale of LCDs, and magnetic products. It operates more than 60 manufacturing plants, with business activities ranging from laminates to printed circuit boards, chemicals and properties development in China. The Company is a supplier of chemical products in China. Its chemical business includes coal chemical, chemical refinery, phenol/acetone, bittern and other commodity chemicals, such as formalin, hydrogen peroxide and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
