The Company operates in four divisions: Gamma ray irradiation services; Property development, rental and sales; Trading of building materials and provision of renovation services, and Securities trading and investment. In March 2010, the subsidiary of the Company, Top Field Technology Limited, acquired 80% interests in Zibo Liyuan Gamma Ray Technologies Co. Limited, which is engaged in cold pasteurization of food and sterilization of medical products utilizing advanced gamma ray technologies in Shandong Province. On June 15, 2009, subsidiary of the Company, Unique Gold Investments Limited, acquired Chongqing Sunrise Property Development Company Limited. Its other subsidiaries include Power Rise International Limited, Full Champion Financial Limited and New Team Limited.
