On May 31, 2010, Qingdao Haier Logistics Company Limited acquired remaining 80% interest in Beijing Haier Logistics Co., Ltd. In July 2010, it acquired 75% interest in Qingdao Haier Goodaymart Logistics Co., Ltd. On July 28, 2010, Qingdao Haier Logistics acquired Chongqing Hairi Logistics Co., Ltd. On October 20, 2010, Chongqing New Goodaymart Electronics Sales Co., Ltd. acquired 94.95% interest in Qingdao Lejia Electric Appliances Co., Ltd.
