The property investment operation segment is engaged in leasing of rental property in the People鈥檚 Republic of China and Hong Kong. The securities and financial operation segment is engaged in securities investment provision of financial service. In August 2010, it acquired 85% interest in Beijing Zhongke Guoyi Environmental Protection Engineering Company Limited and 100% interest in Zhuozhou Zhongke Guoyi Water Treatment Company Limited.
