Sincere Watch (Hong Kong) Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the distribution of branded luxury watches, timepieces and accessories in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and the People鈥檚 Republic of China (PRC). During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company operated in one segment, which was brand management and distribution of branded luxury watches, timepieces and accessories. It distributes Franck Muller watches and accessories in Hong Kong, Macau and the PRC. Its other luxury brands include de GRISOGONO, CVSTOS, Pierre Kunz. The Company has 44 luxury watch retail outlets, which are operated by 23 independent watch dealers, in North Asia. It is a subsidiary of Sincere Watch Limited (SWL). During fiscal 2010, the Company鈥檚 subsidiary was Sincere Brand Holdings Limited.
