The company occupies 200 Mu, located in the industrial city of great vitality and development potential–Changzhou City. Being 30km away from Changzhou Airport and 16km from Changzhou Railway Station, adjacent to Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, Yanjiang Expressway and 312 State Road, it enjoys extremely convenient traffic.
 
Through years of development and independent innovation, Changhai has been able to compete successfully in the fiberglass market and become the leader in the industry. Now, the company has formed three main series of product lines-fiberglass reinforcements, non-woven fiberglass tissues and gypsum wall board coverings, covering all kinds of fiberglass roving, chopped strand mat, woven roving, fiberglass mesh, roofing tissue, surfacing veil, flooring tissue, pipe tissue, carpet tile tissue, battery separator, gypsum wall board coverings and so on. Applications include automobile manufacturing, yachts, private facilities, storage tank, pipeline coating, cooling towers, architectural decoration, and so on.

By now, the company has 15 international advanced glass fiber production lines. With kinds of international advanced quality testing equipments in Rally, thickness and fuel content and computer analysis instruments, every progress of fiberglass is produced in rigorous testing. The company obtained the ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification in 2004. In 2005, it received the awards of Construction of national waterproof industry and was identified as the high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province. Its product-EMC100g/m2 thin fiberglass chopped strand mat used in car roof only, was named Jiangsu High-Tech Product in 2006. New ultra-thin glass fiber composite clapboard was named Jiangsu High-Tech Product. In 2007, the company had successfully completed the first domestic E-glass furnaces (with an annual output of 30,000 tons), which ranked the fifth-largest pool kiln production lines in China. The furnaces greatly enhanced the company's production capacity. In 2008, the company obtained the ISO14001:2004 environment management system certification. In 2009, the company passed the High-Tech Enterprises Certification and the product roofing tissue was named Jiangsu High-Tech Product.
