Sun.King Power Electronics Group Limited is a holding company. It is a manufacturer of power electronic components and systems for use in the rail transportation, power transmission and distribution and other general industrial sectors in China. It operates in two business segments: Distribution business and Manufacturing business. The Distribution business segment distributes imported semiconductors, current/voltage sensors, heat sinks, fuses, insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) drivers and other power electronic components, which are sourced from international engineering companies. The Manufacturing business segment designs, manufactures and sells IGBT power modules, anode saturable reactors, high-voltage (HV) power capacitors, silicon rectifier valves and deionised water cooling systems. In June 2010, Jiashan Sunking Power Equipment Technology Co., Ltd (Jiashan Sunking) acquired 20% interest in Shanghai Lang Zhi De Resources Technology Company Limited (Shanghai Lang Zhi De).
