The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the provision of retail and commercial banking and lending services, stock broking, the letting of investment properties, the provision of financing to purchasers of taxis and public light buses, the trading of taxi cabs and taxi licenses and the leasing of taxis. It operates in three segments: retail and commercial banking and lending segment, which comprises provision of deposit account services, extension of mortgages and consumer lending hire purchase and leasing, provision of financing to purchasers of licensed public vehicles; wealth management services, stock broking and securities management segment, which comprises management of investments in debts and equity securities, securities dealing and receipt of commission income, and other business segments, which comprise taxi trading and the leasing of taxis and letting of investment properties.
