King Stone Energy Group Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in mining and selling of coal, trading of phosphorus products and trading of optical products. The Company owns coal mines in Eerduosi, Inner Mongolia, China. The Company owns and operates Coal Mine of Nianpanliang in Eerduosi. Nianpanliang Coal Mine is located in Dongsheng District of Eerduosi. In total, the Company has of an area of seven square meters, Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) compliant resources of 204 metric tons, proved recoverable reserve of 72 metric tons and a designed capacity of 6.6 metric tons per annum. On August 20, 2010, the Company had disposed of subsidiaries engaging in trading of phosphorus products, Anchorage Trading Limited and Kunming Huadian Chemicals Company Limited.
