Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the operation of regular chain supermarkets. The Company primarily involves in the dealing of fresh meat products, agricultural products, rice and oil products, food, beverage, wine, daily-used commodities, household electric appliances and electronic products, communication equipment, knitted products, apparels, instruments, interior decoration materials, flowers and toys, among others. The Company also provides related services. It operates its businesses principally through the operation of shopping malls, community supermarkets and chartered convenience stores. As of December 31, 2010, with its subsidiaries, the Company had 156 chain stores in China.
