VST Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is principally engaged in the distribution of information technology (IT) products, and provision of enterprise systems and IT services. The Company operates through three business segments. The Distribution segment is engaged in the distribution of IT products (desktop personal computers (PCs), notebooks, handhelds, printers, hard disk and memory device) for the commercial and consumer markets. The Enterprise systems segment provides enterprise system tools (middleware, operating systems, Unix/NT servers, databases, storage and security products) for IT infrastructure. The IT services segment is engaged in IT infrastructure design and implementation, training, maintenance and support services. The Company has distribution networks with over 21,000 business partners in six countries, including China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines.
