China Qinfa Group Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the coal operation business involving purchase and sales, filtering, storage, blending, shipping and transportation of coal. The Company operates in three segments: sales of coal, sales of iron ore and shipping transportation. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Qinfa Investment Limited, Perpetual Goodluck Limited, Liberal City Limited, Hong Kong Qinfa Shipping Limited, Hong Kong Qinfa Trading Limited, Hong Kong Qinfa International Trading Limited and Super Grace Enterprises Limited. In December 2009, the Group entered into an agreement to acquire 60% equity interest in Ordos Bayin Mengke Nayuan Coal.
