TPV Technology Limited (TPV) is an investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries designs, manufactures and sells computer monitors and flat television products. It manufactures mainly in the People鈥檚 Republic of China and sells to Europe, North and South America, the People鈥檚 Republic of China and other Asian countries. TPV operates in two segments: monitors and television. Others mainly comprise the sales of chassis, spare parts, CKD/SKD and other general corporate items. In November 2010, the Company acquired Philips TV China, the color television sales and distribution business of Koninklijke Philips Electronics NV. On December 23, 2010, TPV acquired 80% interests in HannStar Display (Wuhan) Corp.
