Chaowei Power Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based company. It is engaged in the manufacture and sales of motive batteries. The Company operates in two segments: Lead-acid motive batteries for electric bikes and Lead-acid motive batteries for electric cars and storage batteries. Its lead-acid motive battery includes electrode plates and fiber glass dividing plates. The Company鈥檚 all of products are produced and sold under the brand called CHILWEE, it consists of four models of lead-acid batteries for electric bikes, which includes 6-DZM-10, 6-DZM-12, 6-DZM-17 and 6-DZM-20, storage batteries and lead-acid batteries for electric cars. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Chaowei Power Group Limited, Chaowei Power (Hong Kong) Limited, Chaowei Power Co., Ltd and Changxing Zhongcheng Power Co., Ltd. Its activities include research and development, manufacture and sales of motive batteries. On April 1, 2009, the Company acquired 85% interests of Anhui Chaowei.
