China Environmental Energy Investment Ltd., formerly Nam Hing Holdings Limited, is primarily an investment holding company. The Company operates in three segments: Laminates, which is engaged in manufacturing and sale of industrial laminates mainly for use in the manufacture of telecommunications, computer-related products, audio and visual household products; Printed circuit boards (PCBs), which is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of PCBs mainly for use in the manufacture of audio and visual household products, and Copper foils, which is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of copper foils mainly for use in the manufacture of industrial laminates and PCBs. The industrial laminate operation is in Suzhou, Mainland China. As of March 31, 2010, PCB division plant in Zuhai, Mainland China has not commenced operation. The copper foil plant is in Thailand. The Company's subsidiaries include Nam Hing (B.V.I.) Limited, Nam Hing Circuit Board Company Limited and Natural Century Limited.
