Its hotel business includes hotel rooms, food and beverage sale and other rental income. Its subsidiaries include Golden Resorts Group Hotel Investment Limited, Goventure Finance Limited, Good Start Group Limited, Golden 28 Club, Noble Brand Limited, Right Business Limited and Brilliant Red Limited. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it acquired Kingston Capital Asia Limited.
