Capinfo Company Limited is an information technologies and services supplier. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the installation of network systems, network design, consultancy and related technical services, and sales of computers, related accessories and equipment. It participates in the construction, operation and maintenance of large-scale information application projects. The Company has two segments: e-Government technology services and e-Commerce technology services. On October 28, 2009, the Company disposed of its interest in its subsidiary, Chongqing Hongxin Software Company Limited, and its subsidiary. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company issued a total of approximately one million social security cards. In addition, in 2009, the Company launched an upgrade and revision to the Community Service Information System and Website (www.96156.gov.cn). It also developed the Community Service Station Information System, a software product.
