China Energine International (Holdings) Limited is an investment holding company. The Company operates in five segments: Wind Energy Related Products, Operation of Wind Farm, REPM Products, Trading of Materials and Telecommunication Business. Wind Energy Related segment is engaged in manufacture and sales of wind energy related products. Operation of Wind Farm segment is engaged in sales of electricity from operation of wind farm. REPM Products segment is engaged in manufacture and distribution of elevator motors. Trading of Materials segment is engaged in trading of chemical materials. Telecommunication Business segment is engaged in development, manufacture and distribution of communication products, information technology services( ITS), broadband systems, equipment and accessories. On June 3, 2009, the Company acquired additional 3% interest of a subsidiary, Jiangsu Aerospace Wan Yuan REPM Motor Co., Ltd.

China Energine International (Holdings) Limited ("China Energine"), formerly known as CASIL Telecommunications Holdings Limited ("Castel"), is a non wholly-owned subsidiary of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology ("CALT"). The company was incorporated in Cayman Islands in May 1997 and was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 1185) in August 1997.

In July 2005, CALT successfully acquired the controlling shareholding of Castel. In October 2007, CALT reorganized the listed company’s assets and increased its businesses of new energy, new material application, and environmental conservation, as encouraged and supported by state policies.  China Energine became a listed company that diversified in wind power industry in terms of R&D and manufacture of wind turbine and exploitation of wind farms, energy conservation industry in terms of by rare-earth motors application, and environmental conservation industry in terms of automotive engine management system.
