Sinotronics Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company has five segments: Fujian Fuqiang Delicate Circuit Plate Co., Ltd. (Fuqiang) segment manufactures and sells printed circuit boards (PCBs); Gemini Electronics (Huizhou) Co., Ltd (Gemini) segment manufactures and sells flexible PCBs; Shuangxiang (Fujian) Electronics Limited (Shuangxiang) segment provides surface mounting technology (SMT) processing services; Fuqing Haichuang Electron Technology Co. Ltd (Haichuang) segment is in a development phase and its principal activity is to manufacture and sale of PCBs, and Anlu Taihe Real Estate Development Company (Anlu) segment develops and sells commercial and residential properties. Its products have a range of applications in items, such as mobile communication devices, consumer digital devices, automotive and medical devices. On June 4, 2010, the Company acquired 70% interest in Anlu Taihe Paradise in Hubei province in the People鈥檚 Republic of China.
