International Resources Enterprise Limited is an emerging natural resources company, actively pursuing acquisition of attractive metal and mining projects worldwide.

While we are maintaining our trading operation of clocks and other office related products, our new focus is in natural resources.  Through our 2009 acquisition of 51% equity interests in Star Fortune International Investment Company Limited, which fully owns  Ming Kei Kai Yuan Investment Company Limited (“MKKY”), we gain exposure to two coal mines in Changji Zhou of Xinjiang Province in China.  MKKY has two wholly owned subsidiaries, Mulei County Kai Yuan Coal Company Limited ("MKYC") and Qitai County Zexu Trading Company Limited ("QZTC").  MKYC owns the mining rights in the Kaiyuan Open Pit Coal Mine and is engaged in mining exploitation, sales and distribution of coals in the region while QZTC owns the exploration permit to conduct exploration activities in the Zexu Open Pit Coal Mine.
