China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited is a renewable energy generation company in China with a primary focus on the development, management and operation of wind power projects. As of June 30, 2010, the Company's total wind power installed capacity was 2,717 megawatts and its total wind power generating capacity was 2,437.9 megawatts. As of June 30, 2010, the Company mainly focused on wind power projects located in Inner Mongolia and Northeastern China, Central and Western China, and Southeastern Coastline. On December 10, 2009, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire 51% interest in Linxi Aolujia Renewable Power Development Co., Ltd and subsequently acquired the 51% interest. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Datang Jilin Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd, Shanghai Dong Hai Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd., and Datang Hailin Wind Power Co., Ltd.
