Stella International Holdings Limited (Stella) is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in development, manufacturing, sale and retailing of footwear products. The Company operates in three segments: men鈥檚 footwear, which is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of men鈥檚 footwear; women鈥檚 footwear, which is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of women鈥檚 footwear, and footwear retailing and wholesaling. Its client base includes companies in casual footwear companies, including Clarks, Deckers, ECCO, Rockport, Timberland and Wolverine, as well as companies in fashion footwear, such as Cole Haan, Kenneth Cole, Guess and Nine West. The Company also designs, develops and manufactures footwear for several brands, such as Celine, Donna Karan New York, Emilio Pucci, Givenchy, Loewe, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Guess, Marciano, Alejandro Ingelmo, Paul Smith, Sigerson Morrison, Alexander Wang and Via Spiga. On 15 September 2010, the Company acquired Simple Enterprises Limited.

While making casual, fashion and private label footwear for our customers and brand owners, we also offer them a one-stop shop that combines the elements of design, development and manufacturing.
