Regent Manner International Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the provision of integrated surface mounting technology (SMT) production solutions for manufacturers of thin-film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) panels and electronics products. As of December 31, 2010, the Company鈥檚 subsidiaries was Regent Manner (BVI) Limited, Regent Manner Limited, Regent Electron (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., High-Toned Opto Technology (Ningbo) Limited, Regent Electron (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and Regent Electron (Xiamen) Co., Ltd.

Regent Manner International Holdings Limited ("RMIH" or the "Company") is a worldwide leading LCD SMT (Surface-mount Technology) production solutions provider. It’s scope of services covers the procurement and management of materials and components, process engineering design, SMT processing, quality assurance, logistics management and after-sales services.
Thereafter, we have kept hiring the IT experts from the reputable manufacturers in China, and thus our professional management team was formed and was maintaining at the leading position of the industry. Meanwhile, more and more production bases are established or expanded. The Dongguan Plant was established in May 1997. The Suzhou Plant was established in October 1999. The Nanjing Plant was established in February 2004. The Ningbo Plant was established in January 2006. The Xieman Plant was established in September 2007. The Hefei Plant and Qingdao Plant commenced operation in January and February 2010 respectively. Factories in Chongqing, Chengdu and Tianjing are expected to be established by the end of 2010. With the head-quarter in Taiwan, the sales network was progressively built. The customers’ instant demand was fulfilled.
With the expansion of our production bases, our products are diversified, ranging from the main boards of personal computer and mobile phone TFT-LCD. Along with the technology innovation, we provide a variety of services and becoming the engineer of “Global Information Revolution”.
