Its ultimate and immediate holding company is Info Dynasty Group Limited. The Company is organized into three revenue streams: sale of mobile handset solutions, sale of LCD modules, and sale of wireless communication modules and modems. The Company鈥檚 subsidiary, Shanghai Simcom Limited, is mainly focus on handset research and development.

Simcom Wireless Solutions is another subsidiary of the Group. This subsidiary supplies 2.5G, 3G, 3.5G technology-based wireless communication modules and related application solutions. Simcom Wireless Solutions is ranked the number 2 based on worldwide shipment based on the ABI recent research report.
