China Wireless Technologies Limited is a wireless solution and equipment provider in Mainland China. The principal activity of the Company is investment holding. It operates in two segments: the mobile phone segment, which is engaged in the research, development, production and sale of mobile phones, and the property investment segment, which invests in properties for their rental income potential and/or for capital appreciation. Its product types consist of 3G Coolpad smartphone, 2G Coolpad smartphone and Other products. Its smartphone products include code division multiple access (CDMA)/global system for mobile communications (GSM) Smartphone; GSM/GSM smartphone, and CDMA smartphone. The company provides its products for enterprises, governmental departments and telecommunications operators, as well as the personal consumers in China. In November 2010, it launched Android-embedded Coolpad smartphone Coolpad N930, which is based on Android mobile operating system.

China Wireless Technologies Limited (the "Company") was incorporated in the Cayman Islands as an exempted company with limited liability on 11 June 2002. The shares of the Company (the "Shares") were listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") on 9 December 2004 (Stock Code: 2369).

Yulong Computer Telecommunication Scientific (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (the "Yulong Shenzhen") is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. It was founded by Mr. Guo Deying (the Company's chairman, executive director and CEO) in April 1993. Yulong Shenzhen is a leading developer and provider of integrated solutions for smartphone sets, mobile data platform system, and value-added business operations in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC" or the "Mainland China"). The company mainly provides its products to enterprises, governmental departments and telecommunications operators in the PRC.

In the last decade, capitalizing on the development of wireless telecommunications technological know-how in wireless telecommunications across multiple wireless telecommunications network standards including paging, GSM, CDMA1X, TDSCDMA, CDMA2000 and WCDMA networks, the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") have developed a number of various proprietary technologies and patents in operating systems, radio frequencies, protocols and wireless data decomposed transmission technologies.
