Town Health International Investments Limited is an investment holding company. The Company operates in four segments: Provision of healthcare and dental services, which is engaged in the operations of its medical and dental practices; Securities trading, which is engaged in the trading of securities; Properties, which is engaged in the leasing of properties, and Others, which is engaged in the catering, provision of management and administrative services and provision of beauty and skincare services. In March 2010, it acquired Jet Rich Investment Limited. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it acquired Wise Best International Limited. In January 2010, it disposed of its interest in Hainan Hong Rui Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. On June 11, 2010, it disposed of its interest in Max Goodrich International Limited. On July 31, 2010, it disposed of its interest in Kingston Group Holdings Limited. On December 17, 2010, the Company disposed of its interest in Good Pace International Limited.

Town Health International Investments Limited (the “Company”) together with its subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”) is one of the largest healthcare networks in Hong Kong. The Company’s shares migrated from the GEM board and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 3886) in 2008. The Group’s core businesses include 1) the provision of medical, dental and healthcare related services to the community of Hong Kong and 2) investments and asset management. Surrounding these two main concepts, the Group has extended operations to health care, medical diagnosis, health check, pharmaceutical businesses and corporate advisory and consultation, etc.
After many years of hard work, the Group has developed into one of Hong Kong’s largest healthcare services providers with about 90 medical clinics in various districts and has expanded the services of general and specialist outpatient clinics providing quality services to the general public and corporate clients. At the same time, the Group continues to seek opportunities in the mainland China and has formed an alliance with Ping An of China Insurance Group to provide management and consultation in areas of outpatient polyclinics, health check centres and integrated health care services in the Pearl River Delta Zone.
In order to successfully hedge the Group’s business risks and bring better return to the shareholders, the Group has diversified its services to include investments and asset management. The Group continues to hire various professionals with different expertise including banking, legal, accounting, investment analysis, etc. allowing the Group to seize investment opportunities in stocks, properties and related businesses thereby yielding high investment returns.
