China BlueChemical Ltd. (China BlueChem) is engaged in the development, production and sales of mineral fertilizers and chemical products. The Company operates in four segments: urea segment, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of urea; phosphorus fertiliser segment, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of mono-ammonium phosphate (MAP) and di-ammonium phosphate (DAP) fertilizer; methanol segment, which is engaged in engaged in the manufacture and sale of methanol, and others segment, which is engaged in port operation, the provision of transportation services, the manufacture and sale of BB fertilizer, woven plastic bags and trading of chemical fertilizer. Its production facilities are located in Hainan Province, the Inner Mongolia AutonomousRegion and Hubei Province. In July 2010, it acquired 80% interest in Hegang Huahe Coal Chemical Ltd. During the year ended December 31. 2010, it acquired 21% interests in Guangxi Fudao Agricultural Means of Production Limited.

China BlueChemical Ltd. ("China BlueChem", stock code: 03983) is a large-scale and modernized enterprise engaging in the development, production and sales of mineral fertilisers and chemical products. Headquartered in Beijing, China BlueChem’s production facilities are located in Hainan Province, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Hubei Province. Its total designed annual production capacity amounts to 1,840,000 tonnes of urea, 500,000 tonnes of phosphate fertilisers and 1,600,000 tonnes of methanol. On 29 September 2006, China BlueChem was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Hong Kong Stock Exchange").
