EPISTAR Corporation is principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of light emitting diode (LED) wafers and chips. The Company provides aluminum gallium indium phosphide (AlGalnP) Epi wafers and chips, indium gallium nitride (InGaN) Epi wafers and chips, gallium arsenide phosphide (GaAsP) chips, aluminum gallium arsenide (AlGaAs) wafers and chips, with different light colors, such as red, orange, yellow, blue, green, ultraviolet and infrared. Its products are applied in outdoor large-size displays, automobile electronic products, household electrical appliances, telephones, personal computers and peripheral products, industrial instruments and lightening products. The Company distributes its products primarily in Taiwan and other Asian markets.
