Sinoma Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in the research, design, manufacture and sale of special fiber composite materials. The Company is also involved in the provision of special fiber composite materials related technical support and equipment, as well as the trading business. The Company provides high-temperature filter materials, microfiber wet products, composite materials for automobiles, specialty glass fibers, technology equipment, nonmetal mineral deep processing products, wind power turbines and high-pressure composite pressure vessels. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had six subsidiaries and two affiliates, which involved in the manufacture of composite materials, wind turbine blades, high-pressure composite cylinders, engineering equipment and optical fibers. The Company distributes its products in both domestic and overseas markets.
